How do I return a faulty product?

Instructions on how to return purchased products can be found on our Returns Page .

How do I check the status of a returned item?

Our returns are processed within 2 workings days of being delivered. At this point you will be contacted by email to explain whether the product will be refunded, replaced or sent back to the manufacturer for inspection.
If you have not heard from us in this time please chase up your courier (if you have used one) or contact us at returns@dougsgolfsuperstore.co.uk.

What happens if I miss a couriers delivery?

All our couriers will attempt to leave with neighbours but if that is not possible they will leave a card saying they have attepted delivery. At that point you will be able to re-arrange a delivery.

How do I change my order if I make a mistake?

Providing the order has not already been dispatched the order can be changed. Please email sales@dougsgolfsuperstore.co.uk and give us all the changes that need to be made. However, if the parcel has already been dispatched you can refer to our returns policy as long as the product has not been used and is still in it;s original packaging.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to concel your order this is not a problem as long as it has not been dispatched. Please email sales@dougsgolfsuperstore.co.uk and give us all your order details.
